Riddle Brothers
Having had a bad experience with a former roof employer who broke the Riddle Brothers’ trust in the business, they didn’t want to be the mark left on the community. So, the Riddle Brothers started their own company to help restore trust in the industry. RBR is family owned and operated local office. RBR prides itself on having accendibility in the industry with NTRCA, RCAT & BBB. Therefore, the goal is to bring credibility back to an industry that is sorely lacking. Knowing who you are paying to repair your roof is hard to do in Texas, but our accreditation creates the trust a homeowner should have when dealing with a roofing company.

Our Story So Far
The Story
Firstly, three brothers who grew up in Rowlett/Garland, Zack, John, and Hayden Riddle, founded Riddle Brothers Roofing in 2013. Equally, all three had worked in roofing or construction prior to starting their own company. Therefore, that experience gave them expertise and knowledge of the industry, along with the business acumen to know how they wanted to run their company and treat their customers. Their biggest reward over the past years has been helping their customers get their life back to normal after disasters. For example, the tornado of 2015 and the hailstorms in recent years.
The Brothers
Zack is responsible and experienced in working with insurance claims. He takes pride in the successful negotiations on behalf of the homeowner to be sure they receive a fair settlement. If needed, the company will engage a 3rd party adjuster to work with the insurance company on a claim. The brothers do not use traditional titles to describe their roles as they consider themselves all equal owners and operators of the company. They are all part of the sales group and oversee the staff who work with the customer from start to finish. Additionally, John manages the operations side of the business, and Zack handles supplements with insurance and other insurance-related activities. All three work with the company’s crews, who have been with them from the start.

They offer free roof inspections and estimates, no matter what type of roof you have or what repair or service you need. Riddle Brothers Roofing covers all of the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. Riddle Brothers Roofing is your one-stop shop for your roofing needs, including all painting, gutters, and other repairs caused by your damaged roof. Additionally, the company has recently expanded its offerings to include general construction, i.e home renovations and remodeling with dedicated crews for painting, flooring, tile work, solar and more.
