Choosing a plan that works best for you
We offer plans for 6, 12, or 18 months, or 5-year, 10-year and 15-year options if needed.
A fixed-rate plan over 120 months. It exists to make the monthly manageable, and it’s the plan we point most homeowners at.
There’s no prepayment penalty, so paying it down faster only saves you interest.
We also offer 0% plans if you clear the balance inside the window, at 6, 12, or 18 months.

Can I finance a repair, or only a full replacement?
Both! Financing is available on any job we do. The lender sets a minimum loan amount, so a very small repair may not qualify, and our team will tell you either way before you apply.

What’s the difference between the 0% plans and the 10-year?
The 0% plans are short promotional windows (6, 12, or 18 months) and they only stay at 0% if the balance is cleared before the window closes. The 10-year is a fixed-rate loan built to keep the monthly payment low. Different tools for different situations.

How much can I finance?
Service Finance sets the minimum and the maximum. The calculator above covers $3,000 to $100,000, which is the range that fits almost every roof we do. Your rep will confirm what is available for your job.

When does my first payment start?
After the roof is finished and you have signed off on the work. Nothing is due while the job is still in progress.
